Autumn returns to Vancouver after the hot, long 2014 summer which gave us days after days filled with sunshine. As the city turns red and orange and the leaves carpet the streets, a sense of sadness at the realization that this summer has also slipped into memory is mixed with the excitement of the suggested drama of the winter storms that the temperamental weather is bringing.
The Autumn Collection of paintings are a little more summery than normal thanks to the beautiful weather and it will be a few more months before the seductive, rainy paintings leave the studio.
The Autumn collection of paintings will be in my studio at 233 Main Street during the Eastside Culture Crawl which this year runs over 2 days and 2 evenings from Thursday 20 November until Sunday 23 November 2014.
For the first time, I will also be amongst the voices which will fill the cavernous exhibition space at the Vancouver Convention Centre as the 41st Circle Craft Christmas Market gets under way from Tuesday 11 November until Sunday 16 November 2014. Booth 207 will be filled with the urban landscape as flavoured with the unique accent of my brush.
Also Available at Circle Craft Christmas Market and at the Eastside Culture Crawl
